This office space was designed by Architect Peter Alberice, AIA for a premier golf course design company. The space features a central meeting room/library with AVA capacity and service bar. The open workroom features 12' open ceilings with exposed spiral duct. Much of the wall finish is constructed of painted horizontal shiplapped boards with accent lighting to highlight original art pieces. The floor is finished with tongue-and-groove distressed oak boards.
